Thalasso Pool · 36°
Body-temperature seawater with underwater jets set at shoulder, lumbar and calf height.
Amalfi Coast · Thalassotherapy since 1998
Seawater pools cut into the cliff, marine-mineral rituals, and treatment cabanas that open straight onto the horizon.
The Waters
Every pool is fed by seawater drawn from ninety metres offshore, filtered and warmed but never chemically treated.
Body-temperature seawater with underwater jets set at shoulder, lumbar and calf height.
Cut directly into the rock. Ninety seconds is plenty, and our attendants will tell you so.
Natural sea-salt steam at 45°, breathed in under a vaulted stone ceiling.
The one in every photograph. Open until sunset, quiet hours from 17:00.
Rituals
All rituals include full access to the waters for the day, before and after.
Micronised Brittany seaweed applied warm, then wrapped and left for forty minutes while your therapist works the scalp.
Slow pressure with warmed marine oil, worked to the rhythm of the water below. Our most requested treatment by some distance.
Sea-mud clarifying mask, plankton serum and a cold marble sculpting finish. Skin looks rested for about a week.
Coarse Mediterranean salt with bergamot oil, rinsed under the open-air rain shower on the lower terrace.
A private cliff cabana for four hours: side-by-side massage, lunch, and nobody within earshot.
Guided weightless floating in the infinity pool as the light goes. Fifty minutes, maximum eight guests.

The Cliff
Guests
“The cold basin is cut into actual rock and looks out over open water. I have never been anywhere that made me feel further from a city.”
“We booked the cabana for our anniversary. Four hours and we saw exactly two members of staff, both times because we asked.”
“The algae wrap sounded absurd and it was the single best treatment I have had anywhere. I have been back three times since.”
Reservations
Day access is capped at eighty guests. Weekends in summer fill four to six weeks ahead — midweek is almost always available.
